Completion of my health journey

Hi, my name is April Estepp. I have been on a weightloss journey for 4 years. I have went from 400lbs to 270lbs. Now I am in need to getting a panniculectomy for the excess skin. A little about myself, I am a paramedic and an LPN. I have spent the last 30 years taking care of other people and put myself and my health on the back burner, and I wouldn't change a thing! I love my job. In order for me to continue caring for others I had to start taking care of me as my health had declined so much. I really hate asking for help, but there isn't anyway I can afford this on my own.
