Two weeks ago, Chef Alex Anderson received some of the worst news one can get when he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Alex’s condition has declined at an alarming rate and to preserve his peace and dignity, we’re asking for assistance to ease any financial burden involved in end-of-life care.

Alex first dined at Estelle with his partner Karen on Valentine’s Day 2020. A few short years later, he made Estelle’s kitchen his home and recently accepted the position of Sous Chef at their sister restaurant, Liliana.
