Hello everyone!!

This November I will be bracing the cold by going into the wild Pacific Ocean everyday, rain or shine! But the aim of this is not to keep me chilly for the month, but to raise money for mental health. With lockdowns and job loss around the corner for some people and the current lockdown for Ireland it is important we check up on our friends and family and do best we can. This is me trying to help in some form or another. The money will be split 50/50 to Pieta house a fantastic sucide prevention and mental health charity in Ireland and British Columbia’s mental health foundation. These charities offer great services for anyone struggling with their mental health. So gwan have a laugh at me going into the water for the month and check on your friends and family. It’s all gonna be ok soon.
