Coach has been a friend and mentor to all of us at University of Maryland. He was always there for all of us to make us laugh and get us better as people and players. Now it is our turn to help he and Kathi and the Hahn family out!
They are still making monthly payments for the treatment of Kathi's cancer. All the surgeries and hospital stays and chemotherapy has been overwhelming!
Billy thought his retirement plan would be enough for them to make ends meet and he underestimated his plan. He is proud and too embarrassed to reach out to all of us regarding this and with COVID- his speaking engagements have been halted as well!
He and Kathi have been praying to the "man upstairs" to give them the way to handle this. Any help would be appreciated!
