Hi, my name is Lori Schubert. I am fund raising for Claudia Mattheiss. Claudia has been an intricate part of the Franklin, NC community for many years. Her tireless work to help the unsheltered has made a huge difference in so many lives. Claudia has helped more individuals than can ever be counted.

Those who know Claudia know that she is a kind and cheerful soul, despite what life has thrown her way.

Claudia has recently been diagnosed with complex lymphoma and will soon begin treatments to save her life. It will be a hard road. But, Claudia is a fighter. Her illness has caused multiple food allergies and she will need to food prep and freeze foods she can consume. Claudia desperately needs a stand up freezer as bending over will become painful.

I’d like to invite everyone that knows or has been touched by Claudia’s kindness and generosity to help Claudia in this time of need. Claudia is a proud person. It’s not easy to ask for help.
