The Lovely Mrs. Fish Cancer Support

Story

Our dear friend Cindy Fish has been diagnosed with very aggressive small cell lung cancer.  

All their married life, whenever asked in conversation, "So, how are you guys doing?" Jim has replied with a slight smile and in total seriousness, "You mean The Lovely Mrs. Fish? She is wonderful. How could she be anything else? She is the best thing that ever happened to me. I don't deserve her." 

And he means it.  

Jim and Cindy Fish share a truly remarkable love.  

Together, they have demonstrated the true meaning of love. Of loveliness. Of kindness. They have spent their lives loving each other and anyone they encounter, seeing no one as a stranger. They have inspired young people, encouraged colleagues, cared for the sick, visited prisoners, and stood up for the poor and vulnerable. 

We are hoping to ease the time they have together by raising funds for medical bills, a weekend trip to the ocean, groceries/meals, and other expenses, so that they can focus on each other during this difficult time.
