2025 Beloved Family Members
It's me, Christopher.
If you are reading this letter, it means that you are very special to me for many reasons. You have been with me during this time, and I really appreciate you and your support.
God has put you in my life when I really needed you, and I love you very much for your support and help in this life-changing journey.
Guess you're wondering why I am sending you this letter. As you know, this is my 29th year in prison, which means I will go to the parole board next year. It has been a long time coming.
But I need your help to make this happen. I need to raise $2000.00 so I can pay this lawyer to put together a parole package. I checked this guy out, and he is good. He knows how to put together an effective package to present to the parole board.
Therefore, I am asking all family members and friends of mine to donate whatever you can until we reach this goal.
I promise you that I am worth it and I am a changed person. I just received my AA in Liberal Arts from NYU, with a 3.896 GPA, and social work is my passion.
30 years in prison is enough time for me. I need to come home, so please do what you can and know that I am forever grateful and I love you all for your help. God willing, I will see you all soon.
Love, Christopher Johnson
