Hi! My name is Christie Monahan and I will be a fourth year pharmacy student here in May at Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy. As part of my training, I have decided to serve abroad in Uganda for an ENTIRE month and I need your help!
I will be serving in the town of Mbarara at a medical clinic, rounding with physicians and helping to make drug related recommendations. In addition, I will be helping to serve patients in whatever capacity I can. I truly am excited for this opportunity to use my clinical skills for others and share God's love in another country!
The total expenses for my trip is just over $3K including room & board, travel, insurance, etc. This is all my expenses minus what I will want for leisure. Any money raised past this amount will go toward purchasing medical supplies for the clinic. Any amount, big or small, is valued! Thank you so much for your support!
