Dear brothers and sisters,

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you a somber moment in the Greater Binghamton Muslim community of Southern Tier. Just moments after 5pm on January 16, 2024, they received the devastating news of the untimely departure of five beloved sisters from the Kurdish community. These sisters, who had embarked on a journey of Umrah, were tragically called back to the Heavens by the decree of Allah (SW) less than an hour away from their homes.

During this difficult time, we ask each and every one of you to remember these departed souls in your dua/prayers. May Allah (SW) grant them peace and elevate their status in the Hereafter.
