Chiagy and I are work colleagues and decided to push ourselves physically and mentally by taking on Hyrox doubles event in Dublin. We want to do this for a cause. A charity that is close to my heart is the children’s health foundation. Sadly I lost two sisters Michelle and Rachael growing up aged 12 & 5 from heart issues. My own children have been screened in Crumlin hospital this year as a preventative measure and the care and treatment they provide is excellent . We would like to raise fund for this worth cause .
