For more than 75 years, Challenge Southern Highlands has created opportunities for people living with disabilities through employment, training, accommodation and community participation initiatives grounded in dignity, purpose and inclusion.

From the iconic Welby Garden Centre to our Yard and Garden Maintenance operations, Secure Document Destruction service and expanding commercial enterprises, Challenge Southern Highlands is building real economic and social participation for people living with disability throughout our region.
