For more than 75 years, Challenge Southern Highlands has created opportunities for people living with disabilities through employment, training, accommodation and community participation initiatives grounded in dignity, purpose and inclusion.
Today, that work extends far beyond traditional disability support.
From the iconic Welby Garden Centre to our Yard and Garden Maintenance operations, Secure Document Destruction service and expanding commercial enterprises, Challenge Southern Highlands is building real economic and social participation for people living with disability throughout our region. We are creating visible pathways into work, skill development, independence and community connection — pathways that strengthen not only individual lives, but the social fabric of the Southern Highlands itself.
This is community stewardship in action.
At a time when demand for inclusive services and employment opportunities continues to grow, the support of respected local businesses, service clubs and community leaders has never been more important.
Your support enables Challenge Southern Highlands as a Not-For Profit social enterprise to continue investing in practical opportunities that deliver long-term social and community impact right here in our region.
Together, we have the opportunity to build a community where inclusion is visible, participation is valued, and opportunity is genuinely shared.
