SEVERE DIABETES SURGERY- RECOVERY

Hello everyone thank you for taking the time to read this. My name is Joanna Aguirre and I am in desperate need to help out my family member Jose Nelson Aguirre Gomez. Nelson's wife Yolanda and five kids live in one of the most poverty-stricken towns in Herveo Tolima Colombia. All his kids from 12 to 27 years of age, go to  charity school and stuggle working through there fathers illness. Nelson has made every effort to help his family until he developed a severe athrithis 27 years ago. Now Nelson suffers from diabetis and athritis 5 years ago, Nelson's diabities was so severe he needed to remove his right leg  as it was deforming from the diabities. December 12, 2015 at age 66 Nelson just went through another ampultation of his left Leg. Not having one leg must be so hard and hurts my family and I, but to have both legs removed destroyed me when I found out about Nelson I didnt know any other way then to help him through charity. Thank God we have  a big family and Nelson was able to survive for so long through our family giving money in any expense that he may need but still if you can even imagine the funds are not enough. It would mean everything to me and my family if you can help this Man who is undergoing so much pain. All charity contributions will go toward his recovery, and to help mantain any medical bills and housing . Currently, Nelson has been in intensive care for 2 days.
