Casie's 2018 Team Canada Dance

Casie has always been very expressive even as a baby. Starting at age 2 we could tell she loved to perform, especially through dance. After joining a dance studio in Markham this year, Casie has grown tremendously as a dancer. She was given the opportunity to compete at different competitions and conventions, where she brought home many awards and scholarships- making us super proud!

We found out that Team CANADA Dance was auditioning at a studio near by this past Victoria Day weekend. Casie immediately wanted to try out. Initially we thought it would be good for her to experience regardless of the outcome. To our surprise, TCD came back with such amazing news. Casie has been selected for 3 disciplines: Streetdance, Tap and Showdance. Our whole family is speechlessly proud of our little 8 year old dancer.

This is one of those special opportunity we won't want Casie to miss. To travel and to compete aboard will add tremendous value and exposure for growth.
