Baby Caroline (Jeremy & Sarah Pond)

Two month old Caroline Loretta Pond is the daughter of Jeremy and Sarah Pond. She was born with a hole in her heart, spending her first few weeks in the PICU. She was recently diagnosed with downs syndrome and has several health issues and surgeries in her future. She is currently at Egleston Children's hospital in Atlanta, awaiting surgery. This is a heavy financial and emotional burden for the Pond Family. Abundant Grace Church is asking you to join us in effort to help lift some of the financial load. We know God has a perfect plan for Caroline and we know that her miracle is on the way. While we are waiting, please prayerfully consider giving as much and as often as you can, to help.
