Carol Anderson Funeral Support Fund

On the final day of  2020, the family of Carol Sigmon Anderson lost her to a battle with cancer.   She was sent home with Hospice with the sudden diagnosis the week of Christmas. This not only hit directly during the holidays and as family members recently recovered from Covid-19, but they were also unaware there was no life insurance or funds to assist with final expenses. 

Carol requested a simplistic send off, consisting of only basic cremation,  family accepting visitors in the daughter's home, and hopefully, when/if funds allow, a family trip to spread her ashes in her home state of Virgina. 

Carol was a mother, Nana, sister, aunt and friend to many, especially in the Johnston County area. She's a former teacher assistant with Johnston County Schools. She took an early retirement due to failing health issues of emphysema, asthma and C.O.P.D.

Funds will be raised throughout the month and handled through the estate by her daughter.
