It is with a heavy heart that I write to let everyone know that you are no longer with us. 7/10/76-2/17/24

Carlos, your journey was not an easy one, diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure in November of 2022. Together we courageously fought through your kidney failure, your dialysis treatments and the loss of your job. You loved us and showed resilience through all of it. You were so brave, my love.

Caleb and I will miss you very much, but we feel blessed to know that you are now in God's hands, surrounded by angels - our loved ones.

You were my soulmate. You were a selfless, loving, amazing husband and father.

You were a great son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

You will always be my everything ❤️

You will always have a place in our hearts ❤️
