Campus Lights - Murray State University
Donazione protetta
For 83 years, Campus Lights at Murray State University has brought the joy of music and theatre to the Jackson's Purchase area, raising money for music scholarships each year. The 84th Annual Campus Lights, originally scheduled for January 2021, will not be able to take place in-person due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is the second time in history that the Campus Light has been "dimmed out," the first time being during World War II. While we will not be having an in-person show this year, we will continue to do our best to spread the joy of music throughout the community and take this time to reflect on our history and celebrate Campus Lights. In order to secure a better future for our organization following this unprecedented year, we are asking alumni and the community to donate any amount of money to our cause, allowing us to continue to raise money for our scholarship recipients. We have set our goal at $2000, the equivalent of one year's worth of scholarship. We understand this is a time of financial strife for many individuals, so any amount of money you are willing to donate is extremely appreciated. Any questions regarding this fundraiser can be directed to Campus Lights Treasurer Skyler Engelmeyer. We hope you stay safe and healthy this year, and we hope to see you in person in 2022! Thank you for your generosity.
