Hello dear friends and family!

I'm doing something that is incredibly difficult for me to do, and that takes me way out of my comfort zone. So I’m taking a deep breath, asking for help when I need it, and I'm grateful for your support.

Recently, my family and I faced a heartbreaking situation when we had to move out of our apartment in Des Moines. Our landlord cited us for being over the occupancy limit in a 1-bedroom apartment because of Alora tipping us over the scale, despite not having an issue with it for the first two years. We were pretty much forced to sign a stipulation to vacate our home by the end of May to avoid eviction. I thought I'd have a job and a new place to live by then, but the competitive rental market has made it difficult.

We've been temporarily staying with family and looking for a permanent place, but I've been struggling to work due to health issues. I'm awaiting test results to see if I have a cancerous tumor on my liver, and I'd appreciate your prayers on that.

I am pleading for your help as I am out of options. I need help saving my storage unit, which contains all our belongings. If 60 friends and family members could donate just $10 each, I'd reach my goal.
