By Faith: Supporting Vivi’s Monthly Christian School Tuition

I honestly started not to create this page.

There are so many others going through difficult times with families impacted by floods, disasters, and situations far worse than ours. But after sharing the news of my daughter Vivionna’s school acceptance, a few people asked, “Do you have a GoFundMe page for her?” That gentle nudge helped me realize this is part of walking by faith, not pride.

Just a quick backdrop: Vivionna is 15 with a heart full of compassion and a growing love for God that has strengthened my own faith. For years in public school, she struggled to feel like she truly fit in even when she tried to stand out. But recently, we attended our cousin’s graduation ceremony, and everything about it was Christ-centered and inspiring. Halfway through the program, Vivionna leaned over and said, “I wanna go here.” Without hesitation, I responded, “I want you to go here!”

That next Monday, I reached out to the school to ask if they were still accepting students for 10th grade. They were. And I moved forward, trusting God completely even with our limited finances, existing bills, and loans. I truly believed that if God was in it, He’d make a way.

And He did. We received the acceptance email!

While we were blessed with a partial scholarship, we’re still responsible for the remaining tuition. That’s why I’m here taking one faith step at a time.
