Frankie's Dream

Edited to announce proclamation by the City of Austin that October 14, 2023 is officially Frankie Torres Day. We are all so very proud.

Our brother, Frankie Torres, was a kind, funny, and compassionate soul who was taken from us too soon. He was a hard worker and a dedicated father, and he had big dreams for his twin son's future and their continued education. Anyone who knew Frankie was touched by his kindness, humor, and infectious personality. He had an unassuming and disarming smile that could put anyone at ease. Through his mentoring and volunteering he touched the lives of so many people and had a gift of making everyone feel like family. He constantly made it a point to check in on people and was always a source of positivity.

Unfortunately, Frankie passed away as a result of an automobile accident on October 5, 2023. We are all devastated by his loss, and we are struggling to cope with the suddenness of his death. His death is a tragic loss, and we want to do everything we can to honor his memory.

This GoFundMe has been set up as a college fund for Frankie's twin sons, Jeremiah and Jonathan. Continued education for his boys was extremely important to Frankie and the fund is being set up to help facilitate his dream.
