I started out baking 6 years ago as a career choice. It all started with me watching the food network cake challenges and thinking to myself, “ I KNOW I CAN DO THAT!” Well by the grace of God and the support of my city (CHARLESTON), I am now creating those same cakes I once dreamt about!! I know the amount seems a bit extreme, but we all know in order to run a successful business funding is needed and a restaurant is very expensive to open! I currently have majority of my major equipment with the exception of 3 items, and also a desired location, so I’m more than half way to the finish line!! I have a great and consistent clientele and the experience needed but because of the overwhelming support and unforeseen growth I have outgrown my current location! Although I’m baking my fingers to the bone I’m realizing I CANNOT DO IT ALONE!! I NEED HELP IF I EVER WANT MY DREAM TO BECOME MY REALITY AND TURN THE KEYS TO THE DOORS OF MY VERY OWN BAKERY! I have been really enjoying doing the live videos with you all watching and bringing you into my personal creative space, and I’m looking forward to taking this to the next level! With this funding I will not only be opening my bakery I WILL be able to offer classes for children and adults, one on one classes, birthday parties, host events, and community givebacks!!! Any amount would be greatly appreciated more than you could ever imagine! Even sharing this post would be such a heartfelt gesture! From my heart to yours I sincerely thank you ALL for helping me get to this point and I’m looking foward to the brightest future meeting my full potential!!! My desired goal date is my birthday this would be the greatest gift ever!!! 6/10
