Haiti Medical Mission Trip

As a medical student at the University of Florida, I have the privilege of participating in a mission trip called Project Haiti, which is an international medical project that provides medical treatment to vulnerable populations in Haiti. From March 3rd-10th, I will be in Haiti with a healthcare team to offer health services, including surgical services, dental services, general medical services, and public health education, for the underserved population. This annual trip has provided critical assistance to thousands of people in Haiti, many of whom lack access to any kind of healthcare. The University of Florida team, which is comprised of medical students, physicians, physician assistant students, dentistry students, and pharmacy students, works in coordination with local programs to provide the best possible treatment, free-of-charge.

Because we are a student-run project, we rely on donations to fund our efforts. As I prepare for this trip, I ask that you consider donating any amount of money to help cover the costs of the project, which include traveling expenses and medical supplies.
