Brighter Than The Sun

Hello all! Brighter Than The Sun is a new musical by Collin Hendley based on the life and legacy of his late grandmother, Bobbie O’Quinn. The show utilizes personal anecdotes and a sweeping original score to illuminate the beauty in life’s small moments, and to solidify the necessity of crafting a legacy for the people in our lives who helped breathe us into existence. The piece was the recipient of the 2023 New Georgia Playwright’s Grant and will now be making its New York City debut in the New York Theatre Festival. Our team also has our sights set on an Off-Broadway run to launch in early 2024. We are so grateful for the generous support of our patrons, friends, and family. We would not be where we are today without the contributions of our supporters. It takes a lot of deliberate funding in order to produce a successful production in New York City, and we are incredibly appreciative of your financial support!
