The Boonsboro High School baseball team proved this year that they are a team with heart. Each game whether it was regular season or during playoffs was played with heart and determination. They never gave up from the first play to the last.
Their season ended with a victory at the State Championship game and they are now the 2018 1A Maryland Baseball Champions. As State Champions they have an opportunity to purchase championship rings. These rings will be a memento the boys can keep forever to remember this highlight of their high school careers.
In order to get rings for each member of the team we are hoping to raise $3800. In a community like ours where we pull together and support each other like we do this should be an easy task. We have till June 14th to raise as much as we can. In the event that we go over any additional funds will be put toward equipment or field maintenance for the baseball team.
