Blake's Needs

Blake was born on June 21st, 2013 with a rare condition called CHARGE Syndrome. He had his first surgery at 1 day old and remained in the NICU for a month. He has had 8 surgeries and 4 hospital stays since.
Blake is full of life and always has a big smile (or mischievous giggle) for everyone that he meets.
Blake is fed through a G-Tube, has hearing aids for moderate-severe hearing loss, he's blind in one eye with blind spot in his other eye, unable to communicate or walk.
My goal for this is to be able to pay off current hospital bills (that total $12,686- including a new bill I just got for his wheelchair that we got him a year ago), get Blake some much needed equipment (AFO orthotics & a walker), get him in speech therapy (for feeding-not provided by his school), and I'd like for him to be able to get cochlear implants to improve his hearing to the point that he can hear voices and hopefully help him to develop speech or at the very least, understanding of our speech.
