Bike Racks for the Veterans Administration!

Hi, my name is Joshua Mcdonald, and I am a Boy Scout for Troop 325. I am the rank of life and trying to get the rank of Eagle before my birthday. I plan on making a Bike Rack for the Veterans Administration in Palo Alto for my Eagle Project. I will make two bike racks, each bike rack holding eight bikes. The Bike Racks will have caster wheels on the bottom to move from place to place. Thanks to those in advance for donating!
