Big Macbook

I got my first job this year at Mcdonald’s at age 14.  2020 has been a hard year for everyone, but especially for one of my coworkers. She has been working 2 full time jobs at McDonald’s for the past 17 years from the time she first came to the United States.  She arrived in the USA, alone with her three children, without speaking any English. She slowly taught herself English at her Mcdonald’s job using a language app. This year has been difficult since she’s been juggling medical bills, rent, 2 jobs, and her kids learning distantly. She can’t even help her kids with their school work because her English isn’t that good.  It doesn’t help that they only have two computers for three kids. Her kids are constantly behind on their work. Because I value education, I am going to donate $100 (of a total of $140) from my very first paycheck EVER to help her to be able to buy a third computer so she doesn’t have to choose between food and rent, or a computer. My goal is $1800, do you want to join me in making a difference in her life?
