Ben passed away 25/03/2025.

Our son died at school and we do not know why or how.

We have had conflicting accounts, some have said possibly chocking and some have said a seizure???

We have been denied access to cctv, incident report and a health care plan in place to help keep him safe during the day.

We were not asked if we would like to donate his organs, If we were able to donate some of his organs maybe a more thorough investigation would have been done and a more certain cause of death would have been established.

We felt we were rushed to cremate him.

We got a death certificate that says he died from complications with his brain tumour which is such a broad statement it makes no sense,

We have been advised that the only way we can get any information is through RTI with most of the information being redacted but have had to go down this road.

We want to do our best to try to make sure this doesn’t happen to another family.

I miss my family and I hope they are doing okay. I know they did what they could for me throughout my short life.

I am sorry I can not explain what happened cause I can’t talk anymore.

I know there might be things or people who can help my Mum and Dad understand, why aren’t they?

My Dad was a little bit crazy but my Mum made up for it.

We had fun didn’t we Mum? Don’t tell Dad

I hope you both and Chris are having fun but guess you would have more with me
