Hi, my name is Bella Wood, I am 15 years old and currently in year 11 at high school. The school along with a charity called African Adventures have an amazing opportunity for us to go volunteer in Kenya to either teach in classrooms or help build a new one for underprivileged schools. This will give me an opportunity to take learning beyond the classroom and develop new skills, whilst contributing to real change. Our school and the charity would like us to fundraise as much as we can towards the trip rather than expecting our parents to pay so we have an understanding of work and commitment.
