We lost a good one on June 20, 2016.  It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved friend Erik Anderson.  For those that did not know, Erik had been fighting advanced liver cancer for the past 8 months.  He was far too young, aged 32, to leave this world.


Anyone lucky enough to know Erik can tell you that he had a true zest for life.  He loved his music and was popular amongst Seattle’s electronic dance music scene.  One of his favorite personal achievements was the annual organization of the EDM event, Kandyland.  If Erik wasn’t DJing at local shows and clubs, you could find him enjoying the outdoors, spending time with his golden retrievers (Ben, Brady and Brie), traveling, or rooting loud and proud for his Seahawks and Mariners.


This is an extremely tough time for his friends and family, but especially for his mother Linda Carlock, his father John Gottberg Anderson, and his wife Kim Chan.  Our donation page is to help them out with funeral costs and arrangements.  Anything you can give would be greatly appreciated.


RIP Beefer.  You will be missed.
