Joel died unexpectedly on 1st June 2014 after a short illness of acute liver failure ( in Leeds) then a double pneumonia ( in AlderHey ICU). This memorial fund is aimed to raise funds for a headstone for Joel and also to give something back to the hospitals that cared for Joel.
