Emotionally Battered & Abused Wife fund

My mother has been in a serious abusive marriage for 25 years. She has not lived in the same house with him since 2001.  She is married to a man that has convinced her to stay married to him while he has a girlfriend for over 20 years. The reason why He rather stayed married is for my mothers health insurance and outstanding line of credit. Over the last 5 years his money and businesses have completely fallen apart do to his own fault. My mother works relentlessly while him and his girlfriend basically do nothing. He always calling her, going over with food just be in her life enough to gaslight her into thinking he still does care a little. He is in complete control of all finances and bills. With this power over her he has opened up 19 credit cards in her name with out her knowledge and has charged over 58000 in debt in her name. This is not even the worse part.

On 7/19/20 my mother was watching his 210 pound Rottweiler, who she is very familiar with, attacked and almost mauled her. I came 10 min after attack. Blood gushing from arm and petrified. Her husband comes in yells at her, blames her, threaten to not go to hospital because he’s more worried about his dog being taken away. It took me 3 hours to bring her to the hospital because she was so frightened to have the bite reported. After we came home, he was waiting because he was contacted by the sheriff about the dog, he slammed the door open told me to get out of his house (which he has never slept in) and went after my mother, re injuring her arm. Police were called. He made threats of finical ruin to my mother and me. Before he drove away...He said he was going to pay my wife and kids a visit and end them if his dog was taken away

All this being said...order of protections have been filed and she is filing for divorce. But my mother is left with no money. 1 credit card with 600$ on it left. She has no way to get into any bank accounts or credit cards because he was fully in control of all these. 

Any money that is gifted is going to a lawyer and keep her bills current. He will not pay her bills and destroy her credit because he knows his meal ticket is gone.
