Burial of Baby Luke Burnham

This page is a fundraiser to try and cover costs of a funeral and help the Burnham family through a recent tragedy.

At 34 1/2 weeks pregnant, Melissa Burnham realized she had not felt her baby move for a little while. She went to get checked and even though only a week before an ultrasound found a healthy, thriving baby, she was given the heartbreaking news that she would have to deliver a stillborn son. He was born at 11:32pm on 1/23/23 at 4 lbs 9 oz. He already had beautiful dark hair, perfect little features and he was 19 1/2 in long.

There was no reason given for this loss, and there are no words to describe the pain that Ben and Melissa and their children are suffering right now.

We would like to take care of the costs to buy 2 funeral plots so they can be buried next to their sweet son when the time comes. We would also like to cover the funeral expenses and hopefully help with the cost of getting them some memorial items and grief counseling if needed.

Any financial or other support you can offer would be so appreciated. We love this little family so much and want to do all we can to ease their burdens right now and allow them the time they need to mourn and try to recover as best they can.

Though we never got to meet Luke, he has made his mark on our lives and our hearts. We can't wait to be able to meet and embrace him someday when our lives on this earth are done.
