Recently April and her boyfriend Chris Harris suffered a major setback. Chris was injured with a severe concussion / brain bleed. Some of the side effects he is forced to live with are debilitating headaches and crippling light sensitivity. He is on doctor ordered 'brain rest' (translates no phones, screens, computers, television or video games). We are a generation that is plugged in and connected all of the time. Chris works with computers for a living. He can no longer tolerate noise or movement (car rides to therapy appts). This has made him unable to work and live a normal life. Recently, he has started various therapies including vestibular therapy.
April is struggling to help support Chris and maintain their everyday living expenses. In addition to these are mounting medical bills and expenses. Knowing April would never ask for help for herself; we her friends are setting up this account. This gives the opportunity to her friends, family and fans to step up and return the generosity that she has shown us over the years. We will update you often with Chris' progress.
