I’m Avenal, a 22-year old & a 5th year medical student from Gaza Strip, Palestine.

I’m supposed to be in my sixth and final year of university but because of the situation here in Gaza, this year ended in vain.

My father passed away two years ago, and I have no one to support my family, he was my great encourager, my hero & my soul. I lost him by a sudden cardiac death.

I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters, and I’m the oldest one who can help them.

I believe that everyone should be ambitious, hold her dreams despite all hard conditions.

I was like a butterfly that flies freely, but because of what I’ve been through I feel like I’m restricted.

Despite all this, I don’t feel hopeless, I still dream for being a very strong, generous doctor who helps her family, country & people.

I hope you can help me complete my education & to help my orphan brothers & sisters by donating or sharing my story.

Money will be used for helping me completing my education & my family to survive because we don’t have any income.
