Augusto Guerrero Medical and Recovery Fund

While vacationing with his family at Lake McConaughy and what was supposed to be a fun July 4th weekend, Augusto is now currently at hospital recovering from a serious injury. The incident occurred when Augusto's vehicle and boat were stuck near the water. As he was getting it towed, the tow strap snapped and the hook flew back through the windshield and struck Augusto’s face. He suffered multiple facial fractures, broken teeth, and massive blood loss. Blood has seeped into his lungs and brain. The CAT scan is scheduled for tomorrow. His neck is swollen. Augusto is currently on a breathing tube as he can't breathe on his own. Doctors were able to sow his lips together. He's currently in a medically induced coma and doctors are waking him up daily for about half an hour to check his movement and response.

Augusto has a wife (Thoa) and baby (Liam). Thoa's currently at the hospital in Nebraska while the rest of the family took Liam back to Colorado.

The funds collected will be for his medical bills and his expenses while he is unable to work. Augusto has a very long recovery ahead of him but anyone who knows Augusto can attest to the fact that he's a resilient individual.
