Help Eryk Maxwell with covering medical costs.

Hi, my name is Eryk, and I’m asking for your help.

In February, I lost my Medicaid coverage and have been without insurance ever since. As someone living with multiple chronic health conditions—including Lupus, Hashimoto’s, severe spinal and joint issues, and ongoing complications from recent knee surgery—it’s been difficult to find an option that I can afford that can help me get the care I need.

I take over a dozen prescriptions to manage my conditions and require regular appointments with my rheumatologist, orthopedic surgeon, and other specialists. Unfortunately, most health insurance options are built for people who are relatively healthy—not someone navigating the complex care that I need to survive and function.

I’m trying to raise funds to help cover critical medical costs—doctor’s appointments, prescription refills, and treatment for pain and inflammation—until I can find affordable healthcare.

If you’re able to give, even a small amount, it will help keep me stable and out of crisis during this gap.
