Anupama Bali's Heart Surgery

Mrs. Anupama Bali suffered a massive heart attack 3 days ago and was rushed to the ICU. The doctors say she is lucky to be alive but recommend she have heart surgery as soon as possible.
As Anupama lives in St. Lucia (Caribbean islands) she cannot get the care she desperately needs. She needs to travel overseas - to a neighboring island that is better equipped to carry out the angiogram and angioplasty or bypass she requires.
She does not have insurance and cannot afford the expenses incurred from travel and hospital charges.
