Anita’s 5km Shout-Outs for Dementia
I’m running a 5km Parkrun EVERY SATURDAY FOR A WHOLE YEAR and will give a massive Facebook shoutout each week to anyone who sponsors me £5.
It’s been almost a year since my mother passed away from Dementia and it’s made me more determined than EVER to raise as much as possible for the amazing work of Alzheimer’s Research UK.
Last year Olympia and I trekked 160km of the Camino de Santiago and raised over £2,500 but I can’t just leave it at that.
So please support an old bird like me as I drag myself around a 5km run EVERY WEEK for a whole year!!
