Hi, I'm Dave, a multi-instrumentalist and composer of rock music. I've been writing music since 2016 and releasing some of these songs since 2022. I write all my songs and perform vocals, violin, guitars and piano but I can't do everything so I let other people do other stuff, like production, artworks, promotion.

I have always had the wish of linking my songs to animated videos, but they are very expensive, and the compromise has been to have artworks in a cartoon style, as you can see in the picture of this donation. However, I want to try now, with your help, to raise money to make this happen, at least for a song. It is called "Apocalypse Please" and it talks about the wish of observing and enjoying the end of the world, maybe with sunglasses, because overall nothing really matters.

A few years ago I had contacted a few artists and they had set a budget of roughly 1500-2000 pounds for a 3 minutes song. This song is 3:42 long. They would have to draw all the frames and then put them in a videoclip with the song.

If I will manage to raise more money than needed, I will donate the extra money, splitting it 50-50 to "Save the dogs" and "ActionAid", which are 2 associations that aim to help, respectively, animals in difficult areas and children. I have chosen these two because I donated money in the past and I have been following their work for years.

I don't want to earn any money from this, I would like to wish this desire only.
