Hi, my name is Joe and I am raising funds for my sister Angela Doetsch and my brother-in-law Josh Fields. On April 16, Angela and Josh were on their way home from the yearly Sherwood Faire they attend every year and were involved in a serious car accident. Josh was life flighted from the scene with internal injuries and is currently in a medically induced coma with additional spinal injuries and other fractures to his body. Angela also suffered significant fractures to her lower body to include her hips, femurs, tibia/fibulas and ankles.
- Unfortunately, Angela and Josh do not have any health insurance coverage to pay medical expenses and their road to recovery will be long and expensive. Josh will be unable to work for months if not years and Angela will be out of work for months while she recovers and begins therapy to learn how to walk again.
The funds donated will be used for two items alone. First, medical bills which will be substantial to cover multiple surgeries for both Angela and Josh and Second, to help cover monthly bills like mortgage payments and utilities.
- Angela and Josh are amazing people and I know they have the fortitude to fight this horrific position they find themselves in, though recovery will be long and stressful.
