Hello to everyone out there. My little Brother passed away last night on Howland Blvd and Austin road. He was struck by two cars. Pronounced dead on scene. If you know Andy you will know that he was a good person and very free spirited. He was always walking the streets and what ever he did he always touched someone’s heart with the word of god. There isn’t anything in this world that will bring him back. We are trying to get help to be able to give him a proper burial. Please please any donations will help us lay him to rest. Even with a share will help us. This is very hard for the Valdes family. Thank you everyone for your help. RIP Andrew J Valdes.
