Alyssa & Justin Haun fundraiser

Hello, my name is Morraeah and I was one of the many close friends of Alyssa Haun. Alyssa was one of the brightest people I knew. She threw herself into her books and studies and came out on track to, most likely, become the class of 2020's valedictorian. Not only was she bright in her studies, her personality would light up a room. She would always be the friend that would sit with you until you were happy, and refused to leave when you were anything less so. Or the girl that would buy every single one of her friends a candygram on Valentines day.

Almost a year ago, on July 4th, 2018, an accident occurred in which a truck reered off the road and struck Alyssa (16) and her brother, Justin (13), leaving them in critical condition where they later passed away. As the 1 year mark approaches, I have decided that I wanted to do something I knew would make Alyssa proud.

Anyone who knew Alyssa would tell you she was a very avid cat enthusiast. She was very content laying next to her cat all day and letting us all know just how cute she was. Because of this, my friends and I have come up with the idea of gathering enough money to buy supplies to donate to our local animal shelter, who treats their felines like royalty.
