Eaton Altadena California Fire Victims The Anderson Family
Donation protected

Hi, my name is Quiana Robinson and I am the Granddaughter of the owners of this house. I grew up in this beautiful city Altadena, CA, in this very house! Sooo many Amazing childhood and adult memories. I cannot even fathom how I’m feeling right now
Our family is HEARTBROKEN after losing everything in the recent Eaton fire in Altadena. My grandparents, now in their 80s, have owned their home since 1970. It was a place of refuge and love for our entire family, a home where my siblings, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren all grew up. My grandparents worked incredibly hard all their lives, migrating from the South to give their children a better future and a decent upbringing. They were immensely proud to be homeowners. For years, my mom has been my grandfather's primary caregiver, as he is a quadriplegic. When the fire rapidly approached, she had no choice but to drag him from our home to the car, with no assistance available. By the grace of God, they managed to escape, but they had to leave everything behind. When they returned to salvage what they could, we found our home completely engulfed in flames.
As we process this immense loss and try to gain clarity on what's next, we are seeking help. In addition to rebuilding our lives, we urgently need an electric bed, wheelchair, and a mechanical lift to continue caring for my grandfather safely. We are not rich by any means—my mother and cousin work tirelessly to maintain the home and continue growing this multigenerational family legacy. Any donation, no matter how small, will help us replace these vital items and rebuild our lives during this difficult time. We deeply appreciate your support and kindness as we navigate this challenging journey. Thank you for your generosity.
