Alex's Surgery and Recovery Fund

Hi everyone! My name is Phoebe Alexandria Corwin, I mostly go by Alex.

I have finally scheduled a date for surgery this upcoming May and I'm seeking support during the proposed period of recovery. All donations go toward any healthcare-related expenses surgery may entail and my living expenses as I recover.

Over the past few years, I've encountered medical and financial hardship that has significantly strained my safety net. Like too many other trans women and individuals experiencing health difficulties, I've been struggling to find lasting and gainful employment. Despite this, I've become part of a wonderful community that has given me strength to pull through these difficulties to where I'm at today.

While I'm currently making ends meet, I worry about the time I will be unable to work after surgery (approx. 1 month, possibly more). The goal since my surgical consultation has been to find remote employment that can be completed during my recovery. As this is yet to show promise, I'm asking the community around me for the financial support they are capable and comfortable providing to ensure my healthy recovery during this time.
