Aleka Fitzsimmons Pahinui’s Memorial

Hi, my name is Emily. I am Aleka’s oldest daughter. My mom was a selfless, kind, loving, courageous, and beautiful person. Anyone that knew her - knew that she’d always put others before her own self. Unfortunately she recently passed on July 14th 2022 so suddenly. She had fought thyroid cancer for 22 years. She went through so many surgeries (even taking her thyroid out) , radiation treatments, being on an oxygen tank, consistently draining fluid out of her lungs and chemotherapy. But through all of these treatments & the pain she went through she maintained her infectious smile, continued to laugh, send her funny tik tok videos to family, get up and try to be active and kept a positive attitude. My family & I would appreciate anything from you as this will go towards making her funeral services as beautiful as she was/is
