Aiding the Eyerman Journey: Bringing Paul and Noah back home
“Tragic News”
- The Eyerman’s life changed in a moment with a cancer diagnosis 8 months ago. Paul and Stephanie experienced the unique and unify bond a husband and wife share that comes with diagnosis, treatment and struggle as they walked that path together. Stephanie and Paul faced each and every obstacle with love and optimism and had been an encouragement to all who witnessed their love, strength and courage. The cancer was aggressive and unrelenting. On September 07 Stephanie, with Paul and her close loved ones next to her, closed her eyes and entered into her eternal home.
“Now what?”
- Prior to her passing, Stephanie and Paul spoke in detail about the specific next steps for their family. They agreed that Paul and Noah would relocate from California to Paul’s hometown in New Jersey so they would be surrounded by Paul’s family network as they navigate the next chapter of their lives. The obstacle that blocks their decision from being a reality is that Stephanie’s cancer treatment took all their available financial resources. In response, Eyerman’s family and friends have stepped in to help.
”How to help”
- Paul, Noah and their family dog Lyla are packing up their home in California and hoping to make the trip across the country. Paul’s father Steve will be helping drive his Suburban with Stephanie’s car in tow. Noah will fly in advance with Judy. All of their family belongings will be packed into a POD and transported to New Jersey. The timing on this move is critical as Paul must exit their current residence before October 01. Currently, the family does not have resources for this move.
Here is how you can help:
- Pray for the Eyerman family as they grieve and mourn Stephanie’s loss.
- Pray for Noah’s transition to a new location.
- Pray for their travel, that the trip would be free of mechanical difficulties.
- Give generously and help meet the financial expense of transporting the POD and all additional expenses incurred to move Paul and Noah across the country.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and assistance in meeting this need.
