Help Aiden Keep Fighting
Aiden has been a warrior since the day he was born.
He was diagnosed with Hirschsprung’s disease, but sadly, it wasn’t caught in time. At just 3 days old, Aiden went into septic shock and stopped breathing. That moment changed everything.
We spent 9 long months at Children’s Mercy Hospital, and since then, hospital life has become our normal.
Aiden lives every day with multiple complex medical conditions:
• Hydrocephalus
• Hirschsprung’s disease
• Epilepsy
• Feeding tube
• Wheelchair dependence
He’s endured more than 45 surgeries in his short life — and just in the past month and a half, he’s had 6 of those.
This most recent hospital stay began on Mother’s Day night, when Aiden had a seizure. Normally, he bounces back quickly, but the next day something felt… off. We trusted our instincts and went to the ER — and thank God we did.
Doctors discovered that his brain shunt had malfunctioned. Since then, it’s been an incredibly tough road, with complication after complication.

Why We’re Asking for Help
We are physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted. The constant hospital stays, surgeries, and around-the-clock care have placed a huge burden on our family — especially as we try to balance time, bills, and giving Aiden the love and support he needs.
If you feel led to give, we would be so grateful for any help with:
• Travel to and from the hospital
• Out-of-pocket medical costs
• Daily living expenses during long hospital stays
Even $5 makes a difference. And if you can’t give, please consider sharing Aiden’s story to help us reach more people.
From the bottom of our hearts — thank you for supporting Aiden’s journey. He is the strongest kid we know, and we’re not giving up.
