Aid the Darby Family's Fight for Health and Recovery

Hello everyone - The Darby Family needs our help!

The current situation is critical - John was admitted to the ICU at St. Louis University Hospital on Thursday night, 09/12/2024, after a short illness at home. He is currently being treated for an intense blood infection that is impacting his kidneys, spleen, and heart, as well as causing more bleeding of the brain and "mini strokes." John has been unresponsive since being admitted but is starting to show signs of improvement - his platelet count is going up, and his kidney function is starting to improve.

We are still uncertain of the exact medical expenses but are starting this GoFundMe to try and help alleviate some of the stress that the inevitable medical expenses will surely cause over the next few weeks and months as John and Taffy focus on their family and John's recovery.
