my name is Kerry I'm Joshua's mother our son is in a tough spot, and he needs your help. After being forced out of his home due to a protection order filled with false claims, he has been struggling to navigate the court system. Each time he tries to establish a stable environment for his children, obstacles arise. He agreed to a parenting plan just to see them, but the situation has only worsened with new accusations.

He is trying to hold together two households in Washington on his own, (credit debt, mortgage payment, high rent, insurance and more) even though not allowed to live in his home and struggling to make ends meet while processing all of this.

The financial strain of legal fees has become overwhelming. 43% of US households can’t pay their monthly expenses (including housing, food, transportation, childcare, health care, and a monthly smartphone bill). The largest of these expenses is usually rent.

Legal representation is costly, with fees that are simply out of reach for him. He’s dealing with debts and trying to provide the for his kids while facing these legal challenges
